HI,
I am an new member and this is my first post.
well i have ordered from chinavasion and send them the money tru paypal .the next day i got an mail from paypal that chinavasion refunded the money,so i emailed chinavasion and aksed them why they refunded they money and this is what they say:

Unfortunately our Accounts Department advised me that we had to cancel your order and refund your money to the Paypal account you used.

This is for reasons of risk management policy related to shipping to Suriname , for new customers.

but i think the problem is that my paypal is not verified and i am a non us resident so i cant verify it .
the only way is to make a wire transfer to china bank wich i did today.
Also i am trying to call these people and talk with them but every time i call nobody's is picking up the phone.
they only picked up the phone on labor day and they told me that they dont work laborday and the day after labor day.
so i called thursday and tonight i will try to call them again
as i can only call them at night cause there time is +11

did someone here on the forum ordered from chinavasion with an unverified paypal account?

yes i did many times, thats weird they allways procesed my orders and my only way of paying is through paypal... i live in argentina... regards.

Did you try to have the items sent to a different shipping address than what you have listed as your PayPal address?

That has the potential to raise the alarm at the suppliers end.

i had same problem , can be u have use different shipping address
