Hi,
Paypal did a charge back to my liar buyer and now my account is in negative. My question is if i don't pay my account and stop using it, is paypal going to transfer my debt to collection? and bad credit?.
My buyer is an evil, he was lying to me and refused to file insurance claim with Post Office. Thanks for any reply.

Yes paypal is a financial institution. They will do whatever they can to aquire that money including collections. Its best to pay the amount.
