Not receiving as many updates as my other non-paid accountNot receiving as many updates as my other non-paid account Hello,
I'm just wondering why im not receiving as many salehoo updates and newsletter as my other non-paid email account. If I dont have a 2nd email account (Non-paid), I would have miss out lots of information and newsletter update. And isn't Salehoo supposed to keep paid members to be on top of everything? I maybe be wrong, however, I'm certain that I don't get most of the newsletter. Not too sure if other registered and paid members experience this. Thanks, Edwin

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The emails from SaleHoo might have been sent to your SPAM Box so please have look in there and please ensure that you add @salehoo.com to your whitelist so that all correspondence can get through. I would also suggest that you check your subscription preference. You can do this by clicking on the link at the bottom of any email that you get from us. It should look like this. To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit: [URL] If you click on that link, you will find what newsletter you are subscribed to (e.g. SaleHoo Newsletter, Members Newsletter, Affilorama Membership, Auction Inspector/Sky High Auctions Members). You can access all of the SaleHoo newsletters via this link. Scroll down to the bottom to find the links to all the previous newsletters in the series. ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members** If you haven't yet, I recommend subscribing to our free 5-part importing course at ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members** which is a step-by-step video guide to importing. Thanks for your reply.
Im using POP3, and by default, the option of "Send Daily Spam Report" is enabled since day one. I have received nothing about SaleHoo mentioned as SPAM. To further ensure that, I included "salehoo_members@aweber.com" into my whitelist.
I have checked, there's only one option, therefore, I wouldn't be making any mistake for disabling my subscription
- I don't delete my emails, unless its a Advertisment, or non-paid account. - My last newsletter I received was on 18-Aug, and that is it. - Last update was Video: How to generate visitors and money through twitter", and its on 27-Oct. This is good. - To re-ensure that I will continue to received updates, I save my setting on the option again. My other non-paid email has been receiving updates and newsletter frequently. And i still don't see why a registered and paid member don't get this premium service. I understand that it is good to refer previous newsletter from your given link , ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members** So what about getting latest newsletter? Maybe your team can help on this.. cos im kinda lost when i dont get regular updates. Thanks, Edwin

The newsletter was sent on 2nd November. Thank you for this added information. Rest assured, our Technical Specialist is looking into this matter. I have not received a feedback from them yet but I will get back to you as soon as I do. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter.

I was just informed that our newsletter series and updates are currently getting rejigged. That is why you are not getting as many as you should. Hopefully, you will start getting more in the next few weeks so stay tuned! :) @dx159, If you go to ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members** and scroll down the page, a pop up box will appear. Just enter your name and email address and we will send you an email to confirm your subscription. Take care.

I have_not_received any newsletters since 18 Aug. Not even the one that u mentioned, and including the latest SaleHoo Newsletter on Nov. 9, 2009. If this service is only attention to non-paid subscribers, then I should have know what to do next, for one who is still within_56_days of paid-membership. thanks, Edwin
