I am dealing with an issue with Paypal right now. What else is new! Anyway, does any one know how long it takes before they lift the limit on your account?

Normally 120 days , they will do everything they can to limit your account and keep it that way. Paypal does noting but rob, cheat and steal from all of its members.

So far to date they have probably stole over 1 Billion Dollars from thier members and growing exponentially per day.

Anyone supporting paypal because they havent had any thing happen to thier account just wont understand.

Its a matter of When it will happen not IF.

Hi, if you are a small time seller or just a buyer, and sell only low value items that you personaly have no big worries. But if your a big seller that has alot of money in your paypal account. Or you are a dropship seller. Paypal will freeze your account at the drop of a hat. They personally tried to steal $23,000 from my paypal account. I had to file proceedings for a lawsuit for them to release the funds. They asked me for information I could not provide unless I was a member of the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE. Only fortune 500 companies can get that information.

If your a dropshipper and lets say you sold 50 items one day and all the bidders payed you using paypal. Paypal will tag your account and freeze your money. Then ask you for proof of delivery. If you cannot provide proof of delivery they will hold the money collection interest off of this money and not releasing the funds. Then after all of your buyers leave you a negative feedback and file disputes against you will paypal release the funds to the bidders and then they will charge you for the payment reversals. When they are totally done destroying your ebay reputation and your buisness altogether. They will file legal collections against you to get thier fees back for the reversals on top of everything else.

Paypal resolutions services was formed for one reason. To stall and delay you untill you give up and loose your money. Management will act like they are on your side but tell you they will forward info to the resolutions department and your account will be reopend within a few days. 5 days later resolutions will email you saying you have not provided enough info. Any other communication with them will cost you another 5 days before they respond with the same lies and delays. If your own money is at stake they will drag you out as long as you can tolerate to keep calling them and when you get sick of them and cuss them out they will freeze your account and tell you you will have to wait 6 months to get your money back. In this time they are using your money on quick profit investments further boosting thier power and thier net worth. AT YOUR EXPENSE. Many people still do not get thier money after the 160 days.

If you want more info on how bad they are goto ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members**

One company is question had 3 million dollars stolen from them by paypal and are still in legal proceedings against them.

Jimmy, what kind of merchant account are you using? and how much are the fees? Is it easy to set it up? I am kind of worried that one day paypal will freeze my account because I sell high ticketed items like electronics. So far, I have no problems with paypal but I don't want to wait for that day to come when paypal freezes my account without questions. I am currently making $6000-$8000 per month in sales. Thanks!

I use First Data Merchant Services. ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members** They are the same company that handles all the trasactions from about 80% of the merchants in the USA. They handle most resturants to Wal-mart and the big retailers.

Thier prices overall are much cheaper then ebay. I handled about about 6k in transactions last month using them and that did not include the checks and my total fees were around 375 dollars. If I were using paypal it would have been over 1800

Just another note. I have full control and access to the information of my bidders. I also have logs on thier credit card info. If they need to add extra shipping options after the auction I can easily use thier credit card and charge them automatically for the fees. There is only one thing. when you make your listing try and make sure you have detailed info for you bidders to use credit cards to checkout. It will solve the problem of answering alot of questions.
