    How do you contact Salehoo?

    I have e-mailed salehoo twice about their new stores, which are not working for me - I have not received a reply. I need a way to contact salehoo - anyone?

    I am totally displeased with their customer service and I have resorted to a public forum because they won't acknowledge me.

    My next course of action I guess is to claw back through my credit card company.

    I have been answering support tickets since dawn this morning and I didn't see any from you unfortunately. I double checked just now and we did not seem to received any of your email :(

    Well, here's more info for you to search for:

    Ticket ID: QRP-986809
    Subject: FW: Bad taste - NOT HAPPY
    Status: Open

    And the admin is NOT working, I type in the username and password and I get a blank page.

    Hi Ozziewolf,

    There are some teething issues with the new stores, but these sorts of problems with this type development are extremely difficult to avoid. The support staff and servicing as many inquires, as quickly as possible, and we ask for your understanding in that our service resources are stretched.

    In regards to, as you put it "resorted to a public forum", well many members use the forum for exactly this, to make us aware of issues. The forum is monitored by customer support staff for exactly that reason, so feel free to use the forum at any time for these reasons, no need to resort.

    You're a new member, but I hope you trust me when I tell you this. You won't be ignored, any issues will be dealt with asap!

    I appreciate that with a new product comes teething problems, and this is a new product for you. However, as I have paid for a product, I expect a service - I assure you, I did NOT want to bring this to a public forum - I personally do not like forums, I have a web browser for looking up information, and an e-mail address for receiving it. I attempted to find a phone number - and I was prepared to dial international to have the problem resolved - however, after 2 days of e-mails and no reply, followed by no other means of contact - I am beginning to wonder. Then the first official reply I get from richellemonfort confirms " I double checked just now and we did not seem to received any of your email :( " and then tells me that my admin login is working... which it is not.

    I appreciate your frustration, never a good thing to deal with these types of issues. What I can tell you is that people here are working on a raft of issues, but the fact that you are still experiencing issues with this that you feel have been overlooked, I will bring them to the development teams attention and get them acted on for you asap.

    The support staff should of replied to you by now.

    If you are still having an issue, can you please send me a PM and I will look into the issue for you - I wont reply for 8-9~ hours however as I am about to get some sleep.

    We did have a couple of issues over the past two days with a very small number of websites, the last of those should of been taken care of a few hours ago.
