Let's say I have 5 different companies that I will be able to drop ship from my website. A customer buys 4 products each from a different company. (I know it sounds complicated). My question is what do I do about the shipping? I won't be able to charge extra to cover the cost of all different companies, because that would be stupid and I wouldn't have return customers. What am I to do?

You should just buy from your supplier directly and have them ship the items to your house. Having stock is a lot better than dropshipping.
