i have dropshipped many items over that amount without being stung for gst and customs

The time that I tried was PS3. Not too sure which particular items are subject to custom tax. Luckily I first tried the item to be shipped to my address. Otherwise my customers would be wondering why they get a letter from the custom department requiring to pay GST and Custom tax!!

in australia if the value of the item is under $1000.00 and the same product is not manufactured any where in australia whether it be brand name or not you will not pay customs or gst

yea i ordered adobe cs5 web preium which was 1200 nzd and when the courier people got it in the country they rang me to pay tax on it of $35 dollars
