    Dropshipper Question- How do I buy without joining?

    Before I joined salehoo, I asked if I had to sign up with drop shippers, and they said no. How do I enter dropshippers, specifically the one here:

    I'm trying to sell wii's through dropshippers.

    Hi Lucy, With any dropshipper you will have to set up some type of account in order to view and sell their products. Other wise they would have no way of getting paid for the products that you sell..You will have to do this with any vendor that you are going to purchase products from...

    However, I would say to never 'sign up' with any dropshipper who is going to charge you a 'fee' to be a member of their site..Alot of dropshippers you see listed on the web try to get you to 'sign-up' and be a member. This is how they actually make money..Don't do it..you wouldn't pay a fee to shop and buy products at your local grocery store would you?

    A true dropshipper or wholesaler will need you to open an account with them, but won't ask you to pay a fee to sign up...Profit margins on dropshipping item are slim at best, and paying any kind of fee will eat up what's left of that small margin...

    Hi Lucy,

    You will always have to set up an account with dropshippers but unfortunately some dropshippers do charge joining fees or fees for the service. This may put you off but it can be better in the long run. You do not have to invest in stock and store it and you won't run the risk of being left with products that you are unable to sell. Have a read of Jimmy's post here Looking into Dropshipping on Ebay Read this first.. for more information on dropshipping and selling on eBay.
    There are some dropshippers who don't charge fees but you will have to be patient with your searching to find them.
