    Dropshippers of designer clothing in Asia?

    Hi Guys
    Does anyone knows or uses dropshippers in Asia, selling ONLY designer/Name Brand apparel/clothes.
    I am finding plenty in Europe and America but having problems pinpointing one who I feel does real brand names NOT fake.

    And
    If I am buying wholesale and I have it droped of to a buyer directly - how do I know it was the right product. Does it make business sense to have the product delivered to me and then i post it (in the same country).

    I don't necessarily agree with your point Singapore101.

    I think it is poor advise to tell a newbie that clothing is better and cheaper
    from Asia. Especially when we are talking about brand name clothing.

    Even if that were a true statement, we would be setting someone up for a bad situation regarding customs, manufacturers and the law.

    Designer clothing is a touchy subject. The most important part is getting a supplier that really sells legit stuff.

    Of course I am talking about selling on eBay or Amazon.

    Better price - I agree, but real designer name brands. I am not sure. Hence the reason I am asking if anyone knows of any dropshippers here in Asia.
    To give you an example I am based in Thailand and there is a very strict 100% import tax on clothin coming in. If I was briging in Fake I am taking a risk with my business.
    So That's why I need real brand name dropshippers based in Asia. the delivery will be quicker and cost-effective for me.

    Both of you guys are Master memebers, so I assuming you can answer when I ask - would it make more sense to start my designer cothing online business as an affiliate first and then as I get experienced I go at it alone. what you think??

    i can get you real brand name clothing from uk and you dont pay tax as will be sent as a gift

    My god!! You are in the part of the world which has an incredible amount of product for sale.

    You are very close to China. Oh if only I lived over there.

    By affiliate, do you mean as one who creates a website and then has links to other sites or one who buys through a middle man?

    If you are hell bent on selling designer labels then you are going to have to go through the regular channels as everyone else. And honestly in that part of the world getting a license or agreement to sell from there is going to be tough.

    Walk down a retail section where you live and make a note of what businesses are selling what you want to.

    You will find out a lot from just doing that. Are they big retail stores or mom and pop. If they are mom and pop and you can determine they are legit items then your job should be easier.

    singapore101 may have a better answer for you though as I think he is from that area of the world.

    We can certainly help you out with genuine designer brands, but not under a drop shipping arrangement.

    You would be looking at an MOQ of around 250 pieces to import, but at liquidated prices the tax may not be much of an issue.

    We have some great designer brands, as well as surf brands to choose from, so just PM me if you want some prices, happy to help out if we can.

    I am more then happy to do something if you have ideas on products. not just china but Thailand is also very big on fakes. the problem is bringing these fakes into Thailand. The cutoms check incoming goods at random (very risky). if you can advise on products for US and/or Europe, I can realy put this togther. The reason I choose designer labels is because designer labels in Thaialnd is very expencive.

    I am not sure what you mean by license agreement. I thought since I am doing it online there will be no need. is that not true? There are lots big malls opened here and they all carry designer brands.

    you are based in Neighboring country. what's your opinion on designer clothes. Planes just mentioned in the forum that I may have probs with licensing agreement. What do you think?

    Well if you can work with Fudjj and he can workout a shipment solution I would strongly recommend him or Jimmy if he is still shipping overseas.
