    Dropshipping question

    Hi all,

    I am old school tech boy venturing into drop-shipping. I am beginning to love it here.

    Guys. I need some suggestion. I have this website and my manufacturer is a good reliable company in the US. I am also offering drop-shipping. I came up with a concept where we can share the margin I get from my supplier. This way people buying from me would make a dollar and I too get something for my bread butter.

    I also wanted your views about this practice. I am not sure if I am doing something ethical. I have mentioned clearly that I am a middle man.

    Anyways, I am confused. If the drop-ship concept as a middle man is not ethical. I would rather remove it.

    Hi Davy,

    I'm a little confused to what it is you are doing. Is it that you are wanting to set up a site for our members to drop ship from, in essence establishing yourself as a drop ship supplier?

    If that is correct, you would need to make application to have yourself verified as an approved seller to list on the forum.

    As I'm unsure at this point as to what it is you are doing, I have left your post in position, however have removed your link.

    sounds to me that what he is trying to do is instead of suppying us with his wholesalers name, taking the orders and passing them on while making a quick buck on the side, isn't this what all wholesalers do anyway?

    If you are wanting to sell to our members please fill in your supplier application through this link - http://www.salehoo.com/suppliers/new

    Otherwise please avoid posting your site link as only Directory Approved Suppliers can promote their site and products on the forum.

    Hi all,

    I think I agree with T0pSales, the idea came in my mind but I was worried if I am logically correct. I could not figure out what category does my idea fall in.

    Anyways, I have decided to remove the drop-ship link from my site, I honestly feel it sucks to be a middle man. Good I discussed, now I feel better.
