    Starting out with dropshipping - Is it a good idea?

    ..I just joined Salehoo a couple of days ago and I want to know... what should I sell?

    Hee, hee - I'm just joking! (Kinda!) I know that's the hot, burning question we all want to know.

    I live in the US and I have sold a little bit (very little!) bit online. I'm hoping to make a more focused effort at selling this year which is why I've joined Salehoo.

    I'm wanting to start with dropshipping and what bits and pieces I've read from the forum so far, I understand that dropshipping is like the 'red headed step child' of selling. But, for better or for worse, that's where I need to start right now.

    Well, back to researching.

    Welcome to SaleHoo, glad to have you with us :)

    For those that want to sell online yet are a bit challenged financially dropshipping is definitely a starting point. You get to post products for sale on your sites or on eBay without having to cough out any money for payment until you actually sell it. Plus you get to offer your customers a wide range of products to choose from!

    It's a good way to help you save up some needed capital and to work on your feedback scores, in preparation for the big thing.
