    How to open a USA Bank Account for non-residents?

    Hi,

    I'm living outside the USA and trying to open a bank account in the USA.
    After searching on the internet I found some site who offers e-books for
    how to open a USA Bank Account for non-residents in 7 days etc.
    Are these site scammers or is it true? When you do open the bank account
    do these people have control over your bank account?

    That is a tough one and a touchy subject. Cant comment on that. I would say though to contact the US bank you want to use and ask them directly. I wont comment when federal laws are involved in this one.
