I recently started selling at a flea market for fun and to make some profit. I find many resale products at ebay for a low price and I resell cute brand name stuff for very low prices just to sell them fast but people at flea markets might as well want it to be free. For example I sold this really beautiful bracelet that had the retail price of $14.99, I was selling it for $2.50 and this lady kept offering me $1.50. Some people are soooo cheap. Any tips. THANKS!

THANKS!Flea market is like auctions... they make offers, you accept or refuse... how many times on eBay people bid $10 on an $500 item or come with a 'best offer' at 10% of your selling price?

I price things a little higher than I want, they offer a lower price, I meet them in the middle which is generally what I really want for the item anyway. For example, Price a pair of sunglasses for $ 5.00 they offer $ 3.00, I say meet in the middle for $ 4.00 most of the time they will go for it because they think they just got a good deal even though I really only wanted $ 4.00 for them anyhow.Flea Market Vendor - link hidden

Thank you. Quick question off topic. Can I post my site here? It has information for people who do flea markets. I am still building it, but have two sections done already.Flea Market Vendor - link hidden

My brother used to do a lot of garage sales and flea markets. He was a barrel of laughs. If somebody showed an interest in something, he'd tell them it used to belong to Fidel Castro, or Elvis, or on one occasion Tony Mokbel (a horrible wig). They knew he wasn't serious but once he got them to have a laugh, he usually made the sale. It was fun working with him and his customers (or fans as he liked to call them) usually left with a smile on their faces.Difficult I can do right away. Impossible takes a little longer
