    Wholesalejoe, where are you?

    I have been trying to reach this guy and no response i will try again. Joe i live in Canada and was trying to process my order and it states that because i live in Canada you do not take credit cards. Is there any other way i can pay? It justs seems like Canada cant do anything anymore

    I have not seen him here in a while. Hes a very good salehoo member and very good with his clients. If he ever reads the forums he should respond.

    thanks i keep getting up to date e-mails and would like to order some things but the only it will let me pay is by credit card. then when i get to the end it says canadians cant use credit cards lol i just dont understand.

    Well it has been 2 weeks and still no response like people say if they are not good at customer service then deal with that person. I have e-mailed him personally two and its been two weeks and nothing but i get all kinds of his e-mails for other purposes. Well its official i will not deal with this man. Jimmy maby he was good at customer service in the past but now he is not . You loose alot of business that way if you are not in tune to your base oh well his loss.

    Sounds like you are only getting the automated mail.

    I hear what you are saying, two weeks is way over board, and while there may be a reason that will come to surface later in the forum, there can be no excuse for that type of customer service.

    I would imagine there would be a few unhappy customers at this stage.

    It is strange however, him going missing from the forum at the same time the customer service dies. Hopefully everything is ok.

    LOL I am still working the wholesale business. Just havnt had much time to visit the forums since I been so busy with orders and getting everything shipped.... We are still here business is good and things are getting better monthly..... Whew what recession!
