Government taxes and duties

Hello,
Can anyone explain to me what taxes and duties are imposed to drop shipping customers from China to US? I'm thinking about selling a few of the free shipping items from DHgate and I'm not sure if I need to concern my customers in the US. Excuse me if this question has been asked alot.
