Importing to/from Belgium (Europe)

Hi,

I live in Belgium and I gladly would start with dropshipping.
But the main problem is that when I import products from outside Europe I need to pay a lot of taxes and VAT.

So my question is how I can avoid these taxes and VAT?

And second, are there dropshippers or wholesalers in Europe with such good prices as those in USA, China or Hong Kong?
