New From Australia just starting out help plz

Hey everyone! I'm really excited to start out my own ebay store for a second income and hopefully someday make it a fully time job. But at the moment i'm just confused. Like i've searched around on the wholesaler stores and some of them seem abit steep or expensive. Also if i import to australia do i have to fill out any papers or get a certin license or anything like that? and Can anyone Suggest any good sites that has good deals. thx
