Been a while... Currently I placed an order through paypal for some Rc items and so far the supplier hasnt contacted me and doesnt answer my emails.
I have bought from him 2 times before everything cool but this time I bought from Paypal only no eBay and he was a verified seller on paypal so WHAT SHOULD I DO can I get a refund from paypal or what do you all think I should do please let me know

I would contact the supplier directly via any info I had on them. Than I would contact paypal and let them know what u r doing and to open a case. Than as time goes on you can provide them with the documentation.

Only thing you can do is file a paypal claim against him. Provide as much info as you can and cross your fingers.
