reseller license is basically a way for wholesalers to determine that you are not the general public and you actually own a business.
and you pay your excise taxes to your state basically.
ask local chamber of congress or google your state services. It might be in your local phone directry.[/code]

Actually you can usually go to your local county clerks office and apply there in most cases. Also stop by your irs building and register your company with them too.
