Did you link through the email that was sent to you or did you log in to your PayPal account? If you have not telephoned PayPal you should immediately. Could be you have received a spoof; you need to change your password and call PayPal. Never logon through any email you receive. Good Luck.

If you haven't done so, you should just call paypal - that looks like a spoof email to me...fake!

Its not a spoof most likely, because that same thing happened to me and its legit. Call paypal and ask for an agent, they'll let you know what to do. the number is - 1-402-935-2050. That particular case of yours is simply stating that paypal doesnt know where your funds are coming from or what you are selling. I know its hard, but you're gonna have to give them your supplier's contact info and a description of what you sell and what they normally sell for. One of the things that causes this to happen is when you ship without using thier shipping system, so all they see is that you are recieving money from ebay and not shipping your product. They also want to guard against you or anyone getting thier goodies off the back of a Walmart truck or something :). Its a punk to deal with, but what we did while this was being settled is to tell the agent on the phone to lift part of the limited account so that we can at least recieve funds, but leave the rest of the limitations on until the situation is resolved. It took us 3 days to resolve this. Hope this helps!

Never 'login' to Paypal from an email. Always login directly to their site. The best bet to resolve this is to call them, as was previously suggested.

Are you talking about a dispute or something with Ebay? Or a claim with Paypal. There are ways to release claims with Paypal, do they have your funds frozen or something? Until this buyer receives his products? If so, you can go into the resolution - click into the claim, and type a memo to him - tell him the claim is still pending, and you want to close it!

I think what has happened is an unfortunate twist of events here. Paypal, in wanting to know what you were doing and wanting more information as to your suppliers, limited your account, which essentially froze your business, so you couldnt pay your supplier to give your clients thier products. Then, while this whole debockle is going on your clients are getting pissed and file a claim with paypal for an unrecieved item. So right as you solve your first problem, this paypal claim from your client has frozen you yet again. The vicious cycle of paypal idiocy. My suggestion, call paypal, tell them that you need to pay your manufacturer to get the products to your clients, also remind them that the reason this whole thing is happening is because they froze your account in the first place, thus locking up your business. Give them the tracking number of the DHL shipment from your client as well, that might help.

probably a lot... i know i wouldn't feel safe about it knowing that no one has never used it. i mean yeah it would be AMAZING money. just think.. probably at least 10,000 transactions a day go through paypal. Most fees would be an average of $2 or more. That's at least $20,000 a day that paypal gets!!! AMAZING!

My suggestion is to just bomb the whole fecking building. End of story. No matter where I go I read stories of peoeple scammed by paypal. How they are still waiting on hundreds of dollars from them for weeks if not months. They dont make money of the 2.9% fee, rather limiting peoples account to the point where its impossible to regain normal status on it. So whose with me!!!!

Paypal sucks. That happened to me. I send all the documentations that they needed. My customer received his item. I talked with paypal agent and he told me that they've got all that they needed and that my account limitations will be lifted in 24 hours. The next day paypal informed me that they are closing my paypal and ebay accounts and don't want to do business with me . They told that they will hold my money for 180 days -6 monthes .So now I have no money and my item was delivered to buyer .
