    Total shipping cost to NZ

    Hi there, I'm just new to Salehoo and I'm still in the early stages of business decisions, but any help would be hugely appreciated.

    I'm looking at the prices of getting LCL to New Zealand and I'm just wondering roughly what I should pay for a door to door service. I've broken my queries up into some key questions below and any help would be awesome.

    My shipment will not be over 100kg and is about 1 cubic metre- The value of the cargo is US$600.

    Would $1000 nz be enough for a door to door service including the tax and GST put on the product?

    Other questions
    1. What would be an acceptable price for a custom broker to work through an LCL of apparel or fabric?

    2. What are some of the most reasonably priced Freight forwarding companies in NZ that do door to door or door to warehouse?

    3. At what point/ weight is it better to consider air freight over a small LCL shipment?

    I would be so grateful if anyone could help answering these questions. Cheers.

    Sorry but I have not personally shipped anything to NZ so I cannot really provide you with any answers to your questions.

    I highly recommend seeking the services of a local broker to help you with your concerns. Since rates may vary from one broker to another might be best to get 3 quotes from 3 different brokers for comparison.

    I found this site while trying to search through Google for possible information to help answer your concerns, link hidden this might help give you a rough estimate.

    Also, you had not mentioned in your post where you shipment is coming from.

    Hey thanks for that help. The Shipping would be from India- Mumbai to Christchurch.
