  Hi ,
  I am based in the UK but I would like to register my business in USA.
  I'm looking for someone who went through this procedure and could give me some advice.

  There is this american that will actually legitamize your company in the United States at a small fee. It will get the paperwork all worked out and will send you on your way withing a week. The guy is located in North Carolina and if you send him your website he will get it approved or your money back and set you up to be an American wholesaler. What he does is truely remarkable just email him at link hidden he will further guide you and will probably have a reply within 48 hours this is what i have used and works amazing.
