  Weird credit card problem? help needed

  Hi All,
  Ok, this is the problem, ordered 3 mp3 players from a supplier on dhgate went to payment section and selected the purchase order and clicked the paypal icon at the bottom. Problem is that when you see the listing for the countries mine is not there (i am using a Visa card and i am from a south American country). Does this all matter since i already filled out my billing address before while doing the order. Do i just need to supply the credit card number and everything will be fine??? Also the credit card is a joint venture with a bank over here and visa. Please help
