Hello all,
I need your help, did anybody here get their business license from Wyoming or Delaware? If yes, how did you go about doing it.

Go to the secretary of state web page for the state you want to incorporate in. You should be able to find the right forms to fill out. Just fill them in and send them in with a check. In about a month you will recieve the certificate.
