What should I do???

I really do hope you get your money back! I don't know how I can help:( New Zealands laws are probably COMPLETELY different yours. In N.Z we have a court system called the "disputes tribunal" which is the way you take them to court and will most deffinetely get your money back. However I dont really know if you guys have that?. All I can do is wish you the BEST of luck! P.s... Collect as much information as you can on them ie: name, phone number, adress etc etc and take to the court. Thanks again, Kayne from NEW ZEALAND!
