its not a scam, just a creative way of making money on ebay.

You can make a bit of money from it, although not enough to get rich I doubt, most people buy it to up their feedback, its also great to list on ebay if you want to up your feedback.

I just emailed to have it sent to me. Doesn't hurt to check it out, besides it doesn't cost anything so it can't be a scam. The have found the more I read...the more I learn!

One question though, noticed these selling on Ebay, if they only sell them for a penny, how much does the listing fees keep from eating up your profit?

Okay, make that two questions. Notice on another post that you can not make a payment on Paypal for only a penny, but the Ebay sellers accept Paypal and then you are directed over to the link. And what about the seller's Paypal fees?

I'll try and answer everything above!!
You don't make much money from listing this book, it is mainly used to build up feedback. The way you get around being charged a heap of ebay fees is to list in store stock with a large quantity. Then put a listing for auction for quantity 1 but have it as buyer needs to be approved, put a link on the add for instant approval and when the buyer clicks on that link they go to the store stock listing, and buy from there - therefore very little ebay fees. I have sold many of these, my feedback went up a fair bit and paypal accepted every payment - mind you they also charge 1c to accept it so break even there, it really is mainly for building up feedback.
