i dont know why i run into so many trouble with ebay lately

look at the the following message, i just receive this today
what is this? Paypal has a pending payment until i ship the item?
plus this guy is in Nigeria so it makes me thinks is more suspicious
correct me if im wrong, dont paypal usually notify payment through buyer's own e-mal address?

That's definitely a scam. Money paid through Paypal is instantly credited to your account, unless the buyer pays by eCheck, in which case the transaction is held as pending for between 3-9 business days (depending on the location of the buyer), until the electronic funds transfer clears. In all cases, you should never ship an item until the payment has cleared.

Paypal never holds payment pending until a tracking number has been received. These guys are just trying to defraud you out of your product.
