Can anyone tell me how I can export Dangerous Goods like Cosmetics and Perfumes by Air or Ocean? Do you know any shipping company will ship them internationally? The shipping will be from California to Cambodia.

Please help. It is so hard to transport perfumes and cosmetics by Air now a day.
