Freight chargesA big problem i'm having so far is that I find goods I want to buy, put the stuff in the shopping basket, go to check out and then get told they can't calculate the freight charges right now, but just give them my credit card number and they'll charge the right amount. yeah, sure. buy the goods without knowing what my final price per item will be. I don't think so. I've owned several businesses over the years and I would never ask my customers to just trust me on the price. It could be because it's international freight charges, but i'm seeing an awful lot of this and it's making it very difficult to order things. I've tried direct phone calls and just get the run around. these are Salehoo approved distributors, btw. Any suggestions?
It's a little complicated to calculate the shipping cost in real time. the merchant need input the weight of each product and need input all the fee schedules to all the countries in to the program.
