Re: Auction Inspectori have same problem, and trust me its not there
Re: Auction Inspectornot really impressed with auction inspector, it hasn't helped me any. It just scans the wanted board at ebay and let's you know what people are wanting. But it is usually just one person wanting it and if you search for that item on ebay, you find 50 sellers already selling it. So in my opinion don't waste your money.
Hope this helps you save some money.
Re: Auction InspectorI also purchased auction inspector and find it to be a total waist of time and money. There are so few people who actually post on "want it now" or even look at the "want it now" site. I myself have been a ebay buyer and seller for over 5 years and have NEVER used "want it now". I find Auction Inspector has the same limitations that you described above. "Want it now" is just not well used and doesn't give a great evaluation of what people really want on ebay. I think that auction inspector would be better if it evaluated actual auctions to see what items have the most bids and highest bid price over wholesale prices and fewest available. That in my opinion would give a more accurate evaluation on what is in demand on ebay. For example: R2D2 Wilton cake pans sell on ebay for about $45 each and there are always dozens of bids per pan. These items are sold out in stores but originally retailed for only about $15. If you can get your hands on this item to sell on ebay you could make a ton of $$ but if you use auction inspector to see the "potential" for R2D2 cake pans, the Auction Inspector evaluates this item as low potential, simply because people don't post or use "want it now". There is actually only 1 post on the "want it now".
