I told my customers the were not real but they didnt care.
I would be careful selling them.
You might be better off selling the real thing

The 8GB iPhone is only $399 ... $185 and up is not much of a discount in that context.

OpenMoko is going to be fairly cheap once their phones are in production -- keeping fingers & toes crossed for that one as it's going to be real competition for the current eye candy phones like the iP and Nokia's N-Gage stuff.

And why would you get in trouble
for selling them, as long as you
represent them as regular cell phone
and not a look alike.

I never sold on ubid but i have heard many good things about it. I sond them to customers in my local area.

i have one. it has amazing sound quality (but dont use max.) actually it is better than some "quality" phones. i recommend this phone :)
