Hi everyone,
I had purchased some mp4 palyers from the LIQUIDATION.COM but all of them was defected and i tried to contact the company twice.My first called was asking them what should i do with defected items and they told me that i have to ship the products back to one of the chinese company in CHINA.And i was waiting for the address that they said they will email me where to send to.I never received any email, So i called them again and spoke to one of the customer service, all sudden the line was cut off and have no clue.I decided to file a dispute through paypal.Since then i was blocked from their site.I called them again to see how come i was blocked from their site,they told me that because i have file a dispute with them through paypal. WAS THAT FAIR ? I really want to get back with them but i do not know how?
I NEED SOME SUGGESTION !! PLEASE HELP

I too bought some memory from liquidation.com, and ALL of the DDR2 667 chips appear to be bad (does not work in 4 DDR2 based notebooks including Dell. I just submitted a dispute with them and will give a few days. IF nothing, my next recourse is to go to BBB and see if they can help me. What's frustrating is that liquidation does not give 'ratings' to sellers. So how do we know if a scammer continues to keep scamming? Everyone please DO NOT buy memory from liquidation.com, as for the other stuff, be careful and DO NOT buy salvage listed items. I will reply here if I get my issue resolved.

Out of curiosity was the lot listed as salvage?
If you bought a memory lot listed as salvage then you should be experienced in memory repair.

I myself have purchased memory from liquidation. About 500 chips. They were unit pulls . About 35% of them were damaged And the rest were in good resellable shape. But this lot was listed as salvage so you have no guarantee on the product at all.

I did signed up with them by using my wife's credit card but they still denied.Do you have any idea?

And everyone here, do not buy ANY kind of "memory", "salvage" or "returns" or especially notebooks from liquidation.com, you can see tons of bad reports from them at

My dispute failed, I learned my lesson and will on.

I'm sure liquidation.com has some good deals, but since they don't help protect the buyer (and there is also NO rating system on bad sellers), I would not recommend to shop there. You are 50/50 if you shop there. If you do shop, don't spend more than you are willing to lose.
