Hi guys,

Can anybody tell me please if this is normal:

I ordered from the most famous Chinese dropshipper here last Oct 30th. On the 31st I got some identity checking email which I complied and passed. They told me my order is being processed Nov 1. A couple of days and still no word from them so I decided to open a support ticket. They told me tracking number will be sent to me soon after they send out the package. Until now I have not received any tracking number so I decided to chat with them. 1 advantage of being in the Philippines is that we are in the same time zone. The person chatting with me told me that my order will be sent next week. How frustrating! :x They promised 6-12 days of processing but I think they are going to exceed that. I have read from other posts that they send items much faster than that, can it be because of the volume of orders flooding them due to the holidays? Even if so, I still think that's bad service. Hope I still have time to sell my products. :(

If they state that their policy is 6-12 days to ship the item, that is proably business days, and you can't really get upset with them until they exceed that time. If everyone opened a ticket a few days after they ordered something, they would spend all their time answering tickets instead of shipping the orders. Give them a break for the 12 days and then start looking into. That would be my advice.

Thanks my friend, I just hope they have said the processing days is business days just so my expectations were managed accordingly.
