Pay vat at 14%, many items have duties at around 7% for electronics and 30+% for clothing items
You can check specific items here for the percentages based on tariff headings One thing about electronics -- if it plugs into the mains power, you run the risk of confiscation of you don't have a LOA - letter of approval, and that is something to get hold of!
