NOW I HAVE 25 HARD DRIVES AND I CANT SELL THEM....WHERE SHOULD I SELL THEM? IM ASKING 1750 EXACTY WHAT I PAID FOR THEM...DOES ANYONE WANT THESE OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO DOES? THEY ARE A GOOD PRICE BECAUSE I BOUGHT IN BULK.

70$ per HD seems high. I wouldn't buy for that much.

Your best bet is to put them up on eBay one at a time at .99 starting bid.

WOw where did you get those liquidation.om?

I think youll struggle getting rid of them, I sold a camcorder it was in working order when I shipped it, when the buyer got it he claimed it wouldnt work, so he returned it, ive been told it will cost around $300 to fix and Ive listed it on ebay 4 times with bids from 99c nothing, its going to the scrap place next...

Yeah I have to agree there is no way your going to sell them for that price. Try selling them on Craigslist and maybe you can make more off of them to buffer your losses.

You are best of going for damage limitation, and geting what you can gt for them.
I don't think you will recover your investment mate.

ipods

Post charleen4u 10/12/2007 05:07

too bad u bought too much, but some times it can happen to the best of us.

my suggestions are: 1-Try contacting a Salvage Store in your area or if any good one online who can take them off your hands.

2- Try to donate them to a Charitable Organisation for them the refix them to sell them like good will who sells them to help the community.

3-Any Electronics dealers who can reuse them for parts etc.

when u donate do a well established Charitable Organisation u can get a reciept for a tax deduction all depends where u live and how the system in your
area is set up. these are very good tips for u and i really hope u found a solution.

P,s...Remember to think before u leap! especially when its about your heard earn money, budget your self. Most of all make sure u have a targeted audience for such a product first. Not always but it sure helps. take care. [/b]

Another idea

Post planes 18/12/2007 05:03

I just came up with another idea for you.

Hold on to them.

Ipods are so popular that 10 years down the line someone will still need Ipod parts.

The older the parts are now, the better.

Write them off you taxes but hold on them.
