why would a company let customers in the USA use paypal, but for international buyers they will only accept wires????

i am reluctant to wire money to anyone, but if they let me use paypal i would probably give them a go.

Has anyone else bought from them?

Are the watches legit?

Because its easy for international scammers to fake accounts to sign up with paypal. Its one of paypals biggest drawbacks. they cant control the amount of accounts started by scammers in other countries.
