Ebay now want Sellers back.....

Ebay now want Sellers back.....

Post grahamg 05/01/2008 09:09

Ebay, is apparantly offering discounts to returning sellers....this is acording to a website related to ebay, its only applicable to US sellers.

I was told about a way in which to increase sales on eBay by at least 300% WITHOUT paying any Final Value Fees, I've tried it and believe me it works!

As always, if you want anything, visti my website, the free info is there and IS working!

This is the quote, Ive taken it directly OFF the ebay forum.

Quote:
The online auction site is cutting fees at least 33% and making other changes in an effort to woo back customers. Question is, will it work?

Quote:
Google and Amazon Competition

If successful, the fee changes could become permanent, says eBay Chief Financial Officer Bob Swan. "We are doing a variety of different pricing tests in different categories," Swan said in an interview. "We are going to collectively learn from these tests."

The initial response from some sellers was positive. "It's a good step in the right direction," says Michael Syiek, president and CEO of Andover Network Liquidators in San Francisco, who has been selling on eBay for about seven years. "I'm surprised it has taken so long for the light to go on."

They just change a way of charge. It seems attractable,in fact, they still get more profit than customers!

Paypal fees?

Post planes 08/01/2008 21:07

Where do you see an increase in fees?

I still see 2.9 and .30 transaction under the fees section on Paypal.

Monthly Sales Price Per Transaction US

$3,000.01 USD-$10,000.00 USD 2.5% + $0.30 USD
$10,000.01 USD-$100,000.00 USD 2.2% + $0.30 USD

Monthly Sales Price Per Transaction NON-US And Buisness Acounts
$0.00 USD-$3,000.00 USD 3.4% + $0.30 USD
$3,000.01 USD-$10,000.00 USD 2.9% + $0.30 USD
$10,000.01 USD-$100,000.00 USD 2.7% + $0.30 USD
> $100,000.00 USD 2.4% + $0.30 USD

Im sorry im refering to the Increases for thier buisness accounts and website payment pro services. They used to not charge a transaction price for this service at all now they charge the additiona 30 cents per transaction. They raised this 2 days after ebay announced the fee drop for sellers. But according to fees tracker they did raise the per transaction fee to .30 from .20 in september. So an additional 10 cents from every sale you make.

They advertise that you can link your Linkpoint API to thier service and they will handle transactions from paypal right through your gateway. No that they charge 30 cents extra for this your paying thier fee, your merchant account fee and thier per transaction fee. Your loosing over 5.7% of each transaction on fees. A further ripoff.

I use direct deposit only. Paypal and ebay are just rip offs. And they know it. They'll always compensate somewhere else to make their 100+ million per day.

Unfortunately when your selling on eBay, eBay have done such a good job of brain washing the buyers, that they think Paypal is 100% safe - obviously they will because eBay gets a HUGE percentage of its profit from Paypal!

Thats why when I found out howe to advertise on eBay, sell my items and not pay ANY FVF I was delighted, if only I can get away from Paypal I will really screw eBay up.

The secrets are revealed in my eBay Pulse secrets -Sorry for bliatant plug...

Buit if 20% of all sellers could save their FVF, how much $$$$$$$ would eBay loose?
