A way to get paid per click when someone hits on YOUR site?

Is there a way to actually do this? I understand about promoting and selling affiliates but is there anyway you can get paid for every click on your own site?

Also, this isn't EXACTLY what you were asking for, but if you use Google AdSense you can make a good amount from people clicking on their links through your site.
