Has anyone used these guys for payment processing? I'm looking to change from paypal.

Did a mail shot for an info product and Paypal limited my account, AGAIN....when I contacted them they told me "because over $4,000 was deposited into the account in just under 24 hours, the account was limited in respect of money laundering."

So my promotion got off well and it took me 3 days to sort out, after the account limitation. But I will never know how many orders I lost, this IS the final straw!

The Customer Service Operative, told me, "that I should have contacted them and told them of my launch..." I mentioned that they have my phone number and email address and why didn't they contact me BEFORE limiting the account, blocking people from paying me!

Reply - "Its not their job to do that...."
