Does anybody know a reliable place where I can get some from?

I've found tons of places but nearly all of them only take wire transfer or western union :roll: .... after being scammed for a lot of money paying with western union last weekend, :evil: I really don't want to pay with anything else apart from my CC or paypal

And help would be greatly appreciated
