Jimmy the whole point of this site is to help find wholesalers or distributors that sell cheap for business owners going direct to apple would be a waste of time. Double the original prices and no discounts whatsoever.

In point of fact, Apple is the absolute cheapest possible source for new Apple products. The quantity requirements and qualifiations are staggering, of course, but that's the deal.

If the original poster would use the forum search feature he'd see that this question gets posted frequently. The answer is simple: there are no wholesale opportunities for Apple products unless you 1) get a wholesale account directly with Apple, or 2) buy refurbs, overstocks and secondhand goods. Every time I see a post asking for either Apples or Wiis it's all I can do to not respond with "ebay.com" since that's about the cheapest place to get either outside of setting up a major wholesaling operation.

People using the search button rather than the post button would improve the quality of the forum content immensely. The occasional smart-alecky response to an inane question doesn't pollute the board any more than the question itself.

It is the truth. If we say something this obvious. Then thats likely the Best source. There isnt a joke or a pun to mislead. If I said apple is the best source then Apple is the best source. Items of this high demand are almost impossible to find. Even supposed wholesalers wont sell them much lower. Your best source of all the above products is Apple. :D

The only other way to get these items is through liquidations or refurbs. And getting these items in that manner is rare because they are highly sought after and usually only last a few hours on any given site.

So this makes that last complaint mute.

A good point about the demand & price on quality refurbs Jimmy. People who read about "government auction riches" are often seriously disappointed when they go to an actual auction. The only serious bargains to be had are on stuff nobody wants -- it's an auction; people are going to pay as much as they have to for the stuff they want, and to be top bidder on say a seized low-mileage Porsche will usually involve bidding right around market price for the car. I went all over the southeast to those things for years trying to get a surplus & seized auction business going before I finally clued into the reality.
