Hi folks.

I ordered 2 Nike shox sneakers from a Dhgate supplier about 22 days ago and have still not recieved the products. When i log in to my account, it says "quality inspection" and it's been saying this for days on end. Should i be worried? What steps can i take to find out exactly what's going on?
