I just bought the program and I am trying to use it. It has now been "processing" for 25 minutes and nothing has happened.

I was just wandering if anybody has used this program and if my experience is the norm. Or, maybe I am doing something wrong.

Sounds like a glitch in the system, (yours or theirs). It normally only takes a couple of minutes if that to get returns....

Another good program is "hammertap". It very extensive but you have to pay for it..Normally you can get a free trial and check it out....Definately worth the money if you are a serious seller....
