Hello everyone, im just curious because there a thread regarding about paypal holding your funds for 21 days once you sell the item, is that true, is there a minium amount for that to happen or not, because if this is true this will seriously affect the way of dropshipping.

they are stating only a small percentage of sellers will have this restriction. Yet I have seen many people on the ebay forums complaining. Even powersellers with over 10,000 feedbacks are getting screwed by this policy.
