Have you tried looking theses companys up with the B.B.B to see there reputation? Or does these companys have a 800 number or some sort of number to contact them?

no they do not have any phone number, only links to reach them by email (which they have not replyed to). i will look them up in the BBB. thanks, todd

If business dont respond to emails and dont have any other ways for you to contact them then just stay away from them!

I the the BBB is a joke. The only time they report a negitive about a company is when that company does not respond to them about a complaint. As long as the company replies to complaints they will not be listed as bad rating.Remember companies pay an annual membership to belong. They are not going to bite the hand that feeds them
