I ORDER 50 SET FROM CLASSIQUE COLLECTION
THEY SEND ME CLASSIQUE HIS & HERS COLLECTION WATCHES
AUCTION LISTING SAID 2% VARIENCE .I RECEIVE 16 WATCHES DAMAGE
18 BOXES DIRTY BOXES THEY SAID THEY'RE BRAND NEW.
I SUMMITED A CLAIM AND OLNY WANT TO REFUND $21.21
I PAID OVER $200.00 .I PROVIDED WITH PICTURES FOR PROOF .
BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
ESPECIALLY IF THEY SAID ONLY 2% VARIENCE.
PLEASE I NEED ANY ADVICE.

Yes liquidation.com is a good site if you want a steal but there are some drawbacks.

Dont deal with the consumer electronics section unless you are buying new stuff, but when it comes to clothing and other general things it can be a decent site.

Liquidation. com is just like all big sites. They are some good and bad sellers out there.You should name the seller not just liquidation.com as the problem. That way everyone knows who the problem seller is. The site is not bad, just the seller you chose to buy from. Good sellers want repeat business. Check and sell what other items they sale. How long they been selling there. You have to learn to pick the good from the bad. Just a little research goes a long way

I buy from Liquidation.com all the time. I love the site. So far no problems. I have to say it is not Liquidation.com's fault it is the seller you are dealing with. Did you try reporting this seller directy to liquidation.com themselves and see if they would mediate the problem?

Classique Collections they had on their auction watches were new.
I received 16 watches that were damage and 18 boxes were dirty with stains. purchased at Liquidation.com

Don't you think if Classique Collection lie about their NEW watches?
I received 16 damaged watches and 18 dirty boxes I paid over $200.00
Liquidation.com only wants to refund $21.21 dollars. I should be refunded full amount.
Classique Collection misrepresented the product. I have been calling liquidation.com several times
by email and phone and they have not responded they said manager will call
14 days I 'm trying to have the liquidation.com manager to help me out
I acted in good faith I paid on time. I think Classique Collection should
get his NEW TRASH merchandise back and I refund me the full amount.
THAT'S FAIR .
I summited my claim on time provided with pictures of damaged watches and dirty boxes to Liquidation.com
