Hello There,

I thought it was about time I made a contribution to this board. I have been importing surfwear for about a year and had Amy Chew contact me claiming to be selling genuine Billabong, Roxy and Quicksilver clothing I was initially quite sceptical as the prices were low and the fact her email address was from Hotmail and i'm quite hesitant about doing business in area of surfwear from China because of the amount of fake garments that are manafactured there. She was very persistant replying to my emails almost instantly, I ended up deciding to give her the benefit of the doubt after she assured me on countless occasions her items were genuine so I sent her my payment via bank deposit (a bad move in itself) she replied 2 days later saying she recieved her payment, she then went on to tell me these goods were authentic replicas! To say I was furious was an understatement, I demanded she send my money back... two weeks later I got her to agree to send my money back but she took $500 of the payment because she had already ordered the goods from the factory and paid for shipping (yeah right!). I was just thankful to get some of my money back.

Has she sent the goods anyway? This would be worth following up on.

Nope she didn't send the goods and like I mentioned previously she kept a fair hunk of my money :(
