Contracts, Computers, and Marketing Tactics

Skills skills, I suppose it would only be politically correct to be the first to post here :).

I have a wide range of skills, and here are a few:

1.) Computers- Besides the whole programming thing, I am very knowledgable. This includes building them from scratch, maintaining them, troubleshooting ect.

2.) Marketing- I can do much with marketing, I have advertised in papers, online word of mouth, etc. I also have some marketing tactics that cost little to even nothing.

3.) Contracts- In my credit repair company I was forced to become a novice lawyer of sorts. I had to make iron clad contracts from scratch, poke holes in other people's contracts in order to find out the loopholes that could sink the company, and identify what a contract really says behind all that legal language. I can also craft contracts with features to protect people, such as time expiration and addendum rights just to name a few. Now I'm no lawyer so I dont want any lawsuits from anyone who gets help from me, but I can help guide you and give helpful pointers based on my experience. (<------thats called a disclaimer!)

Ok, everyone post thier skills! I know you have some great skills out there! For instance, Jason, don't you have some skill with websites? :) Keep this section alive!

Just thought of some more skills.

4.) I am very technical and analytical minded, so it helps me analyze situations well by breaking them down into steps. For instance take a flashlight, I think, lense, bulb, wiring, handle material, switch type, batteries, battery ingredients...you get the picture. I seem to excel at simplifying complex situations. Im sure there is someone who may need this skill at some point in time, just thought I'd shoot it out there.

5.) Creating companies. Ive been through 3 and am on my fourth, so ive picked up a few things.

6.) Goofyness, dunno if that applies....I'm more silly than putty. Hey, everyone needs more laughter in their lives, and I'm workin 24/7 on it.....got a lot of smiles to make you know.

I'm not sure if have experience with this or not but was wondering if you could help. When posting pictures on ebay for auctions you are selling how do you keep others from coping the pictures you have in your listing?

I've noticed that on some auctions it won't let you copy their pictures. I would like to do the same with my auctions. I've spent alot of time taking pictures of my products and I just don't want anyone coping them and using them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You got me curious so I did a quick google search. I came across this site:

** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members**

It's free and seems to do what you're looking for. I'll probably try it out on the next auction I create. Anyone else tried it?
