I am offfering a trial copy to allow viewing of the contents. I want to show interested parties how to become Immigration Specialists in their communities and earn a six-figure income their first year in business.

Ebay has a specific place you must sell information. You have little choice as information listings must be listed in the everything else category. If found anywhere else Ebay will remove the listings.

List your item in the
<EverythingElse>Education & Learning>Adult & Career Education

There are other categories in the Adult & Career Education area. The choice on what category in that section is pretty much up to you.

The price is up to you, What do you think its worth? How much do you think a buyer would be willing to pay for it.

Some guides go as high as $79.99 but they sell rarely.

Normaly when I sell my guides online I charge $9.99 for them. But Ive known to sell 4-5 times as more if I listed them at $4.99, Then again the choice is yours.
