hey i was at the mall the other day and i couldnt help but notice a large selection of phones that were very cheap, including a variety of different colors of razor phones for only 39.99!
i dont know if you have to sign up for a plan, but im definately checking that out!

You have to sign up for a 2-4 year service plan to get those prices. No retail outlet would just sell them that cheap lol.
